Plans for up to 600 homes are being drawn up for land close to Hanborough station in Oxfordshire.

Acting on behalf of CEG Land Promotions II and Blenheim Strategic Partners, Nexus Planning has submitted a screening opinion request to West Oxfordshire District Council over the need for an environmental impact assessment for the developers’ plans.

As well as the homes, which include affordable units, the joint applicants’ outline plans propose public open space and associated hard and green infrastructure with access to the site off Lower Road.

Of the 33 hectares on the irregularly-shaped Long Hanborough site, 22 are owned by CEG Land Promotions II and 11 are owned by Blenheim Strategic Partners.

The scheme is being designed by tor&co.
