A collection of more than 100 new homes is to be released at the Horlicks Quarter in Slough.
The latest phase – The Maltings – which follows the completion of the first phase on 550, will be released on February 7 at a special event between 10am and 5pm.
The Maltings, a new development close to the iconic chimney and Clocktower Place, offers a mix of 116 one, two and three-bedroom apartments plus residents’ amenity spaces.
Purchasers can choose from a range of kitchen styles, featuring wall panelling and have a choice of colours.
The new scheme has internal balconies on the south side and external balconies on the north with views across Aquifer Gardens.
Dave Taylor, design director for Berkeley Homes, said: “Horlicks Quarter has always been a site with deep cultural and architectural significance, and our priority has always been to respect that legacy.
“By taking cues from the original factory and designing with both respect and purpose, with The Maltings, we’ve created homes that feel rooted in the history of the place while meeting the needs of modern living.”
Homes at The Maltings are priced from £300,000. Contact 01753 205555 or visit: www.horlicksquarter.co.uk
