The Forum is set for a refresh next week, expanding its editorial reach while maintaining its focus on the most significant stories in the property sector. Two new regional journals – Western Whistle (covering Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and Gloucester) and Southern Snap  (spanning North Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex) – will join the existing lineup of Eastern Echo, London West and Thames Tap.

Since launching Thames Tap in 2015, UK Property Forums has positioned its coverage around early insight into regional development. Managing director Matthew Battle says the organisation’s planning-led approach has helped it break stories ahead of competitors. “By consistent monitoring of the planning process, we are able to report on new developments before our competitors who tend to rely on press releases,” he explains.

Next Monday’s edition of The Forum will continue to give subscribers a snapshot of the week’s top stories, while directing all readers to enhanced homepages hosting the full suite of updates from across the journals. The move is designed to streamline access to the latest news, analysis and commentary from the UKPF editorial team and board.

Further changes are expected in the coming weeks as the website evolves. With more than 6,000+ posts already in its archive, The Forum and UKPF is preparing to transition toward an improved membership community aimed at strengthening support for the property community across the UK regions.
