Simon Ruck, managing director of Oxford North, joined us for the latest episode of Battle and Co.
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle was joined by co-host Hugh Blaza, who is closely linked with the Oxford North development, both as a local resident of Oxford, and through his ongoing reporting on it.
Oxford North is a mixed-use scheme by Thomas White Oxford, with commercial uses such as offices and labs, as well as residential use: of 480 homes on the development, 317 have been completed through a development agreement with The Hill Group.

Simon joined Oxford North in October 2024 and a key component of his role involves utilising his qualification as a chartered surveyor.
On the podcast, Simon discussed the mixed-use nature of Oxford North, alongside the focus on making the development an innovation district which also provides a new community for residents and commercial tenants.
