Boyer have appointed Jonathan Walton as both director, and head of Boyer South, strengthening their leadership as demand grows for their consultancy business.
Jonathan will be based at LRG’s Head Office at Meadows Business Park, Camberly. He brings more than 25 years of experience, spanning from residential-led regeneration to mixed-use development.
Most recently he has led planning and engagement work across commercial, retail, healthcare and education schemes, alongside specialist instructions including leisure and sport uses.
He joins Boyer, which has a track record of promoting and securing residential-led development, alongside work in the education and commercial sectors.
Jonathan replaces Karen Charles as head of Boyer South, Karen has been promoted to executive director and will be leading the future growth of Boyer alongside Grant Leggett.
