A planning application for works on an already-demolished site in Slough will be proposed to the Planning Committee next Wednesday, seeking approval subject to the completion of a Section 106 agreement.

The application is for a site on Windsor Road, Slough. Currently the site is vacant following the demolition of previous buildings, which was approved in April 2019.

Alongside the demolition, approval was also granted for the construction of flats, however since development did not begin within three years of approval the proposal was refused a lawful development certificate.

The new application seeks approval for construction of 21 flats, comprised of 11 one-bedroom flats, nine two-bedroom flats, and one three-bedroom flat. Alongside this, it seeks retrospective consent for the demolition of the previous buildings on the site, which have already been demolished.

The application will be heard at the next Planning Committee meeting for Slough Borough Council, on Wednesday 25 March.
