Savills, the real estate agent, has grown its Eastern region planning team with two new hires from Strutt & Parker.
Rosanna Metcalfe returns to the Savills Cambridge office as an associate director. She first joined Savills in 2012 and has 13 years’ experience in the planning sector, most recently as an associate director in Strutt & Parker’s Cambridge office.
Rosanna said: “I’m delighted to be back at Savills where I had nine very happy years at the start of my career. There is a great collaborative culture and the variety and range of projects being undertaken is very exciting.
“I know a lot of the team already and I’m looking forward to helping them continue to grow, alongside advising clients on how to unlock opportunities and support sustainable development across the region.”
Senior planner Luke Willis has also joined Savills from Strutt & Parker in Cambridge. Prior to that he was at Pegasus, a development consultancy.
Luke, said: “Savills is a well-respected name and has an excellent reputation within the planning sector. It’s an exciting next step in my career and a great opportunity to learn from and support what is a very experienced team working on an wide mix of projects.”
The news of these two appointments follows the appointment of Neil Waterson, who joined Savills from Strutt & Parker at the end of 2025.
