Vistry have agreed a deal with CBRE Investment Management for the forward sale of 60 affordable homes, within the 152-home Central Parcel of its Willow Park development in Buckingham.
Development details
Of the 152 homes being delivered on the Central Parcel at Willow Park, the 60 affordable homes being forward sold to CBRE IM are comprised of 47 for affordable rent and 13 for shared ownership, the remaining 92 homes will be sold on the open market.
Construction commenced in December and is scheduled for completion in 2029, Pinnacle Group has been appointed as managing agent.
Alongside this, Vistry’s Southern Parcel at Willow Park is progressing quickly, as Vistry have successfully handed over all 121 of the mixed-tenure new homes on this phase. This is comprised of 34 affordable homes delivered to Hightown Housing Association, 40 single-family rental homes for Leaf Living, and 47 private for sale properties.
The Southern and Central parcels form part of Vistry’s wider strategy to deliver a total of 420 mixed tenure homes on the 14-acre site, located on the outskirts of Buckingham.
In addition to housing developments, other planned features include an equipped play area, footpaths, cycleways, and publicly accessible open space, all of which are expected to be completed by summer 2026.
Vistry will also enhance and develop local transport and social infrastructure, utilising an £8 million investment secured through a Section 106 agreement.
