Catesby Estates is working on plans for up to 135 homes near Chalgrove.
The land promoter has submitted a screening request (via Nexus Planning) to South Oxfordshire District Council over the need for an environmental impact assessment for its plans for 7.37 hectares of agricultural land to the west of the B480, to the north west of Chalgrove.
Catesby proposes a mix of houses and flats on the site with access off the B480.
Plans include associated estate roads, footpaths and cycle paths, lighting and strategic landscaping along with appropriate supporting infrastructure.
Further pedestrian connections will be explored across the site and connecting to the existing local footpath network.
