Almost 200 new council homes have been unveiled as part of an £85 million regeneration project in Bletchley.

Families are already moving into homes on The Lakes Estate following completion by developer GRAHAM on behalf of Milton Keynes City Council.

It is the latest milestone for regeneration in Bletchley and will be followed by new the completion of open space at Warren Park in the next few weeks. The city council has also agreed funding for a new health hub in early 2027.

The Lakes Estate opening marks almost a decade of work to regenerate the former Serpentine Court where homes had become dated and in need to repair.

Planning permission was granted in 2020 and the work was funded by almost £70 million of city council investment, supported by £15 million from Homes England.
