The Oxfordshire site covers approximately 411 acres, or around 17,903,160 sq ft. The site provides access to a number of lakes, with the west side of the site providing three, and the east side providing four, one of which is currently occupied by a fishing club.
The site was previously utilised by Cosmonaut Leisure in 2020, however operations ceased in 2024 following issues regarding planning permission.
Sale of property
The site will be sold by private treaty as a whole or partially, and is subject to a 20-year landscape and aftercare management plan, which lasts from around 2027. The property will also be subject to rights of way, public and private, and is expected to be sold subject to overage.
