Leep Utilities, a last-mile multi-utility company, has signed a 10-year lease for 3,965 sq ft at 100 Brook Drive at Green Park, a leading business park owned by Mapletree Investments.
Leep was previously leasing space from a serviced office provider at Green Park, before signing this new lease with Mapletree directly to expand its onsite presence and support its growth plans for 2026 and beyond.
One of Green Park’s largest multi-let buildings, 100 Brook Drive is home to a community of fast-growth tech and professional occupiers.
Leep’s new space has been configured to meet the needs of its team and provides flexibility to bring together office-based colleagues and field-based teams for meetings and training.

Henry Harrison, vice president of asset management for the UK at Mapletree, said: “Leep is a fantastic addition to the 100 Brook Drive community. Their expansion is a great example of what we see time and again here at Green Park – businesses that start their journey here and, as they grow, choose to deepen their commitment to the park.
“The quality of the environment, the flexibility of the space and the strength of the on-park community are powerful reasons to stay and scale. We look forward to supporting Leep through its next chapter of growth.”
Matt Ling, business development director at Leep, adds, “We were already settled at Green Park but wanted to ramp up our available space as our requirements evolve. Colleague well-being is a key focus for our business, so it’s important that the physical and natural elements of the office and the wider campus positively support that.
“Green Park offers so much for an organisation like ours. Our team can tap into the excellent amenities, green spaces and community available to them, as we continue to ensure that we’re a great place to work, and support team members to become the best that they can.”
