The shortlist has been released for OxProp Awards 2026.
The judging panel (pictured above) gathered on Thursday to confirm the winners of this years edition.
Joint chair of the judges, Matthew Battle, managing director of UK Property Forums, spoke on this year’s edition: “A classic year for OxProp Awards which reflects the strength of the Oxfordshire property market with several capital projects completed this year and a range of skills which are world class.
“This year we have introduced new categories, Future Project of the Year and Social Value, and created additional categories following the submission process: Legacy & Restoration and Education & Learning.
“The Judges had an incredibly difficult task selecting the winners, highly commended and losers, and 10 September at Keble College should be an exciting evening.”
