Oxfordshire Developers Forum has launched a new website to give the county’s development, infrastructure, and investment community a stronger platform to encourage discussion.
Oxfordshire is considered by many to be at a pivotal moment. Decisions being made now on housing, infrastructure, investment, local government reform, devolution, and future delivery models will shape the county’s future for years to come.
The new site will act as a central home for the organisation’s work; bringing together news, policy insight, events, consultations, and opportunities to get involved.
Established in 2025, Oxfordshire Developers Forum brings together developers, landowners, housebuilders, infrastructure providers, investors, advisers, and public sector partners to support more joined-up conversations around growth and delivery.
From infrastructure and Section 106 to local government reform, devolution, planning, parking standards and the future of delivery vehicles, the organisation provides a practical platform for the people and organisations helping to shape Oxfordshire’s next chapter.
The launch comes as Oxfordshire continues to face major choices about how it plans, funds, and delivers growth. Oxfordshire Developers Forum will continue to provide a constructive space for public and private sector leaders to discuss barriers, identify opportunities and support commercially realistic delivery.
