A scheme for the development of up to 24 dwellings, alongside associated infrastructure at land in Sutton Benger has recently seen work begin.
The proposal is being brought forward by E G Carter, who have recently submitted an additional application to alter conditions, specifically making minor changes to the proposed site access.
The site is at land East of Church View, which has seen a contentious development history, in 2021 the plans were initially refused by Wiltshire Council, however this decision was overturned on appeal in 2022, with development only recently starting in Autumn this year.
A separate proposal for 178 homes neighbouring the site also saw refusal in 2021; however, it did not win an appeal to overturn this.
