Lamron Securities has launched 12 short question-and-answer videos to explain the Green Lane Meadows South proposals for land west of Green Lane in Badshot Lea.
The films address common local concerns, including why access is proposed via Bartlett Avenue, whether flooding could worsen, what will happen to dog walking routes, and how the plans could affect traffic, wildlife, housing, and the proposed all-weather rugby pitch for Farnham Rugby Club.
The company says the videos are designed to make the planning information easier to understand, giving residents clear explanations without needing to work through lengthy documents. They also highlight where technical work is still ongoing. Lamron hopes the online format will help more people access the information, encourage constructive discussion and support a better-informed consultation process.
Malcolm McPhail of Lamron Securities said the team wanted to do more than simply invite people to a consultation; they wanted to start answering questions straight away and make the proposals more accessible to the community. The videos and further details are available here: www.greenlanemeadowssouth.co.uk/faqs/.
