UK Property Forums has joined DevComms Group, bringing together three businesses that serve the property sector.
The decision was announced today at UKPF’s BerksProp Summit, held at Reading Town Hall.
UKPF, the regional membership organisation for property professionals, now sits alongside DevComms, which specialises in political and community stakeholder engagement and Kopru, the community PR specialist.
UKPF publishes up to the minute regional property news and runs immersive events across southern and eastern England, including West London. Our community of members are professionals from across the built environment, including developers, agents, investors, landowners and advisers. The company will continue to be led by Matthew Battle, supported by an expanding team.
Rob Allaway, chief executive of DevComms Group, said: “This is an exciting step for the DevComms Group. UKPF has built a highly trusted community across the regions, bringing together the people who plan, fund and build the places we live and work.
“That’s exactly who we work with every day – DevComms leads stakeholder engagement around development, Kopru tells the stories of the businesses and organisations shaping those places and UKPF keeps the property sector informed and connected.
“I’m looking forward to working with Matthew and the team to take UKPF to more places and more people.”
Matthew Battle, managing director at UK Property Forums, said: “This move will provide us with the support to take UK Property Forums to the next level.
“We have an ambitious growth strategy, which includes developing into new areas, delivering more events and enhancing benefits for all our members across the UK regions.
“We’ll keep our editorial independence, so our members will continue to get the same fair, well-informed coverage they always have.”
