New images have been published showing how Milton Park’s new Signal Yard amenity area will look.
A brochure for prospective occupiers has also been made available.
Clare Fleet, commercial Surveyor, leading the project at Milton Park, said: “The CGIs really bring the project to life. So far, we’ve had lots of interest already in the scheme, from a variety of different amenity providers and retailers.
“I can’t wait to see the hoardings going up and announcing occupiers, but most of all, I’m looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying an iced coffee with colleagues and friends at Signal Yard.”
