Westcott Venture Park is seeking a local café operator to run a venue within its new Skylark development.
The 8,800 sq ft, 96-cover Skylark Café is due to open towards the end of this year at the business park, which is near Aylesbury.
The Skylark development is the second phase of a 65,455 sq ft project at Westcott, providing facilities for space research, advanced manufacturing and testing, shared workspaces as well as office space, a conference centre and the café.
Park owner PATRIZIA is offering a partnership in which the new operator will be involved in designing and developing the interior fit-out of the café. It is intended to be a central hub of innovation, collaboration and community at the park.
Archie Stroyan, associate for PATRIZIA, said: “With limited capital investment required this opportunity would suit a local, independent café operator looking for another location to add to their portfolio. The Skylark facility is poised to revolutionise the working environment at Westcott, significantly boosting its attractiveness as a prime location for prospective tenants.
“If you are an energetic, independent café or catering operator looking for an opportunity to expand to another site please get in touch.”
