Farmland of more than 500 acres in Bury St Edmonds is for sale with Savills for £5.9 million.
The property advisor is selling Rowney Farm in Whepstead, split into three lots, which could be sold separately or as one.
Lot 1 – the main parcel – offers 314 acres including the farmhouse and cottage while Lots 2 offers land and buildings at Butler’s Hall (97.64 acres) and Lot 3 is two parcels of land to the west, totalling 91.51 acres.
