Special Recognition Award
Winner – Nigel Tipple, Enterprise Oxfordshire

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “The range and depth of projects and companies working across Oxfordshire is exceptional and tonight was evidence of that quality.

“In many ways the region is now leading the regional debate in the UK about activity across the real estate sector and the 308 attendees was a reflection of that interest.

“It was important to be able to give Nigel Tipple an award for all his hard work as chief executive of Enterprise Oxfordshire and OxProp would not have been as successful without his assistance and direction.

“Many thanks to him from all at UKPF and Oxfordshire.”
