Industrial property developer and investment manager Chancerygate has purchased a five-acre development site in Avonmouth. 

The site, which already has planning permission, was acquired from supermarket chain Farmfoods for an undisclosed sum.

The proposed 135,150 sq ft Grade A scheme will be developed speculatively and have a gross development value in the region of £35 million. 

The development opportunity, Kestrel Park, is located on the Central Park industrial estate and will comprise of six units ranging in size from 16,450 and 33,400 sq ft.

It is expected construction will commence in spring next year and the first occupiers will move in during Q4 of 2026.

Chancerygate were advised by Russell Property Consultants and Farmfoods were advised by Knight Frank.
