Angle Property has secured planning consent for a 130-home Andover development, and has launched the sale process

The residential development, located in Charlton Place, has seen planning permission approved, Angle Property has launched the sale, and Haslams Surveyors LLP has been brought in to market the freehold site

Development details

Outline consent has been given for 130 homes, which will be a mix of one and two-bedroom flats, alongside two, three and four-bedroom houses. At this stage there is no requirement to provide affordable housing

Charlton Place is located on the north side of town and is within a short walk of the retail area, leisure centre and railway station, currently an unused office and training complex, Charlton Place is being brought to the market for sale with vacant possession available, no guide price has been given.
