Charles Church Severn Valley has submitted an application to South Gloucestershire District Council for 94 homes in Harry Stoke on the outskirts of Bristol.
The reserved matters application allocates 25 of the homes for a local housing association.
Charles Church is the premium sister company of Persimmon homes.
Claire Burton, Charles Church Severn Valley managing director, said: “We’re pleased that we have finalised our plans to bring nearly 100 high-quality, new homes to Harry Stoke.
“The scheme’s green credentials, housing association allocation, and sense of place all contribute to our mission of leaving a positive and lasting legacy as well as a highly desirable living space for local people.
“Charles Church looks forward to working closely with planners at South Gloucestershire District Council to ensure this development delivers on our shared goals in tackling the housing crisis.”
