Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions, has signed a ten-year lease for office space at Assembly Bristol.

Savills and JLL are appointed as joint agents and acted on behalf of the landlord, AXA IM Alts.

The global sustainability firm will occupy 7,821 sq ft on the sixth floor of Building C.

Assembly Bristol is a mixed-use regeneration scheme developed by AXA IM Alts comprising three buildings over eight levels.

The development offers Grade A workspaces ranging between 3,147 to 77,000 sq ft.

The deal with Arcadis follows two similar deals in October: Ryan, a global tax services and software provider, and Kaluza, an energy industry software specialist, both of which signed for 10-year leases for space in the building.

Chris Meredith, director in office agency at Savills Bristol, says: “Bristol’s office market has recently experienced a flurry of activity, placing it at the forefront of the Big 6 regional cities.

“This third deal in two months underscores unparalleled levels of demand and the strength of occupier confidence in the city’s prime office stock, with limited availability making Assembly Bristol one of the most sought-after developments in the region.”

Arcadis were represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
