Cala Homes has opened a regional office in Dorking, Surrey.
The housebuilder’s south Home Counties team has moved from Farnham to space at Dorking Business Park to be close to areas where the firm is growing including Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
The move supports Cala’s land strategy objectives and sustainability commitments and offers space for expansion. At the same time Cala has acquired a new site with potential for 125 homes in Tonbridge, Kent.
Nick Brown, land director at Cala Homes south Home Counties, said: “Having delivered 2,400 new homes across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the south London boroughs since 2014, we’ve established a strong reputation as a trusted development partner.
“Our team understands the land market and the housing need of each area we operate within. We have an ambitious growth plan too – acquiring this site and moving to a new workspace in the centre of our patch support those ambitions.
“We are pursuing more immediate land opportunities across the South Home Counties and look forward to making further announcements to bring much-needed new homes and wider benefits to local communities in the coming months.”
