Barratt London has announced the launch of the Cunningham Apartments at Eastman Village in Harrow – offering a selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments to prospective buyers, situated in the heart of a top London redevelopment area.
The latest collection of 70 new homes at Eastman Village will be among the closest to Harrow & Wealdstone station, which is served by the Bakerloo and Jubilee lines. The latest block is 15-storeys tall and is one of the tallest buildings within the development, residents in the upper floors of the apartments will benefit from elevated views. Apartments come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with spacious open-plan living and a balcony or terrace, providing residents with that all-important outdoor space.
Future residents will benefit from 6.2 acres of extensive landscaped parkland and gardens within the development. There is also a residents’ gym, a 12-hour concierge service, a landscaped podium garden, planned cafés, a restaurant, and a supermarket.
