Developer BGO and joint venture partner Equation Properties have secured bathroom furniture supplier Roper Rhodes at its 65-acre Matrix 49 scheme in Avonmouth, Bristol. 

Roper Rhodes has signed a 15-year lease at the Matrix 235 building, paying £9.75 per square foot, according to CoStar.

The industrial unit was completed earlier this year for £21.6 million and sits within Phase 2 of the wider Matrix 49 scheme.

The building has 18m eaves and a 50m secure yard with parking for 27 HGVs and car parking for 190 vehicles.

It also has 13,865 sq ft of two storey offices and is constructed to BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating.
