Blenheim Estate Homes are organising a takeover of Missing Bean’s Woodstock and Charlbury cafe’s, on 24 and 25 April .
The first 100 customers at each location will be able to claim a free cup of Rise & Shine blend coffee when they purchase any other full-priced coffee.
The takeover is in celebration of the new Hill Rise community, a development being built by Pye Homes on behalf of Blenheim.
Situated at the north end of Woodstock, Hill Rise is an innovative low-carbon and energy-efficient development. It will be comprised of 48 homes in its first phase of construction.
The scheme, which was one of the winners in the 2024 Housing Design Awards, will include:
* Shared parking barns to provide convenient, secure, and covered parking – reducing the visibility of cars and encouraging active modes of transport
* A new community meeting point/space and provide places to play, sit and relax
* Community allotments and green spaces
* Walking/cycling routes, incorporating existing public rights of way which run from Hill Rise to Woodstock town centre
* A selection of first homes and affordable homes
