Local occupiers include Blue Fox Transport, Go Outdoors, Evri, DHL M&S, Car World and Travis Perkins.

William Rose in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough said: “We are delighted to have successfully completed the sale of Burch House which provides excellent opportunity to add value with low site coverage and through refurbishment.”

Tom Dixon at TD_PC acted for the buyer and Savills will be retained as letting agents when refurbishment works have been completed.
