Plans for the next 151 homes at Valley Park in Didcot have passed the last planning hurdle.
Charles Church, sister company of Persimmon Homes, has had its reserved matters application approved by Vale of White Horse District Council officers.
It will be a no-gas site where all homes will have air source heat pumps, electric vehicle charging points and solar panels, as well as cycle storage.
Once complete, Valley Park will have 4,254 homes delivered by Persimmon Homes Wessex, Charles Church Wessex and consortium partners.
New facilities and amenities will include two new primary schools, a special education school and a healthcare centre.
Persimmon and consortium partners will also gift land for a new health centre to the local integrated care board will contribute £2,841,000.
