Cheffins strengthens its standing as a commercial property agency in the East Anglian region with the recent appointment of Director, Will Brown.

Will, previously Associate Director at Coke Gearing for the past three years, brings experience in professional, agency, and investment work.

In his new role at Cheffins, he will concentrate on the office, laboratory, and R&D sectors.

Under the leadership of Michael Jones, the Cheffins Commercial Division has witnessed substantial growth, participating in major deals across the region.

Specialising in life sciences and the tech industry, Cheffins is the retained agent for three of the Cambridge Cluster’s largest science parks, Babraham Research Park, Granta Park, and Chesterford Research Park.

The agency has played a role in the highest value lettings in these locations, acting on behalf of BioMed Realty, owned by Blackstone.

Additionally, Cheffins is actively involved in the industrial, office, and retail sectors, managing a notable portfolio of commercial properties, including those for various Cambridge colleges.

Michael Jones, Head of Commercial Division at Cheffins, expressed confidence in Will’s appointment, citing his experience and regional connections as assets that will further solidify Cheffins’ position as a leading commercial property agency in East Anglia.

Jones emphasised the agency’s rapid growth across all industry sectors and highlighted Cambridge’s role as a major hub for global tech, AI, and life sciences corporations.

Will Brown, the newly appointed Director at Cheffins, is eager to contribute to the agency’s success during a dynamic period for the life sciences sector.

He aims to drive Cheffins’ expansion in the commercial property space.
