Cheffins, acting on behalf of Magdalene College, has let 4,000 sq ft of refurbished office space at Quayside to Ubisense as they relocate from St Andrews House in Chesterton.
Quayside, which is owned by Magdalene College and managed by Cheffins, now has only two refurbished office suites available, measuring 2,365 sq ft and 1,681 sq ft respectively.
The building was refurbished by Huttie in 2025 and each office unit comes with allocated parking at the onsite basement car park.
Michael Jones, head of commercial at Cheffins, said: “Quayside is one of central Cambridge’s most iconic office buildings and benefits from a good quality refurbishment and parking, whilst being located amongst extensive retail and city centre amenities.”
“Cambridge remains one of the UK’s leading economic powerhouses and we continue to see strong inward investment from a wide range of sectors as global companies look to establish a presence in the city.”
