Colliers has increased its Bristol office headcount to 56 after making multiple hires.

Jess Harding returns to Colliers as an associate director in the project and building consultancy team, joining after two and a half years away at Carter Jonas.

Louis Matt has joined the rating team as a senior surveyor, joining from business rate advisory specialist Commercial Property Advisors.

Colliers said his appointment ‘provides both strength and depth to the growing needs of clients’ in readiness for the 2026 Business Rates Revaluation.

Olivia Nock has joined the out-of-town retail division as a senior surveyor to assist with a ‘growing number of instructions on the back of a strengthening market’.

The international property consultancy has also made two recent promotions in its Bristol office.

Rob Adams from the valuation and advisory team has been promoted to associate director, while Lauren Cordell in the business space lease advisory team becomes a senior surveyor.

Jo Edwards, head of the Southwest and Wales at Colliers, said: “These appointments and promotions reflect the strength and resilience of our Bristol office.”
