Development land is being marketed for sale and office space is up for lease by Surrey Heath Borough Council.

The authority is seeking to sell development sites including:

  • Woodend Road Car Park, Deepcut
  • Land at Holly Hedge Road, Frimley
  • Land to the rear of 361-365 London Road, Camberley

And the council has office suites to let at its Surrey Heath House head offices in Camberley (pictured above in Google image).

Cllr Kel Finan-Cooke, portfolio holder for property and economic development, said: “The council is committed to ensuring our property assets deliver real value for our residents and remain financially sustainable.

“As part of an ongoing review of our portfolio, these sites have been identified as surplus to current requirements and their sale will allow us to reinvest proceeds into essential council services or help reduce our debt liabilities.

“We are also pleased to offer high-quality office space for rent in Surrey Heath House where the central location makes it an ideal choice for businesses looking for well connected and professional office accommodation in Camberley”
