YTL Developments has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Savills as joint leasing agents for two office buildings at its flagship Bristol scheme, Brabazon.
The international property advisors are instructed to find tenants for The Interchange and One Brabazon Gateway.
The wider scheme will also house the 20,000-capacity YTL Arena, a Mokoko cafe, padel and pickleball courts, saunas, golf simulators and an urban food destination.
Both buildings are being constructed by YTL Construction UK and are targeting BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5-star, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Gold ratings. They will both be delivered to a Grade A specification.
The Interchange is due for completion by Q4 of 2027, and will provide 86,300 sq ft of workspace across eight-storeys.

The planning application was submitted for One Brabazon Gateway earlier this year.
