Bicester Motion has appointed Danny Curtis as estate manager.

Danny, who has a decade of experience, joins from CBRE where he was regional facilities manager and estate manager, overseeing more than one million sq ft of space and two and half million sq ft of managed areas, which included the Silverstone Park estate.

He managed significant service charge budgets, led multi-disciplinary teams of up to 10 staff and delivered projects across office, industrial, retail and residential environments.

His career also includes senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, Cushman & Wakefield, MJ Mapp and Amey.

In his new role he will be responsible for the operational management of the estate.
