Frasers Property UK has secured medical technology firm Dexcom for a long-term lease at Maxis Business Park in Bracknell.
California-based Dexcom, which specialises in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) systems, will relocate its UK operations to Maxis 2 to house its expanding office staff and sales and marketing teams.
The deal, for an undisclosed space brings 192,000 sq ft Maxis Business Park to approximately 91 per cent occupancy, leaving just 15,000 sq ft.
It follows lettings to Evelyn Partners for 24,000 sq ft and a pharmaceutical firm for an additional 10,000 sq ft.
