Deanfield Homes plans to start work this Summer on a select new scheme in Hermitage, West Berkshire.
The housebuilder, which has a number of schemes in rural locations in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, plans 16 units in total on a site off Charlotte Close in the quiet village, 10 of them detached. The other six will be affordable homes.
Andrew Harvey, land director for Deanfield Homes, said: “We’re delighted to have acquired our first site in Berkshire. Hermitage is an aspirational village with a good range of facilities and a close-knit community.
