Steve Price has been promoted to head of the East division for DevComms.
Steve joined DevComms as senior director for the South East region earlier this year, after more than 18 years at Countryside Properties (now part of Vistry Group), where he served as regional planning director within the major projects and strategic land team.
DevComms says his experience in delivering large-scale residential-led schemes has been instrumental in strengthening its strategic and stakeholder engagement offer.
In his new role, Steve will lead the East Division, covering Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, and Suffolk, helping shape the company’s long-term vision for the region.
He will work alongside account director Leah Tompkins, overseeing clients including Croudace Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Vistry Group, David Lloyd, Bellway Homes and Redrow Homes.
