Thames Tap partner Carter Jonas has promoted Ed Lifely to associate partner at its Oxford office.
He is one of 22 promoted from across the firm’s national office network and will take up the new position on January 1.
Mr Lifely, who joined Carter Jonas in September 2016, acts for corporate, private, college and institutional clients as part of the commercial agency team, covering leasing, letting, purchases and sales. He also supports residential and care home developers, acquiring investments and sites.
He mentors those following his footsteps to gain Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) accreditation and, last year, was shortlisted for a RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award in the Commercial Property category
Jon Silversides, head of Carter Jonas’ Oxford commercial agency, said: “Ed is a terrific asset to our team and the wider office. It is a pleasure to announce his promotion and recognise his contribution to our business. He is a great role model. Working to the highest standards, he always has time for his colleagues and clients and is a great ambassador for our profession.”
