Not-for-profit organisation Fedcap Employment has taken the second floor of Loft Oxford.
Savills, acting on behalf of Wilton Place Properties, has let the 4,446 sq ft space on a seven-year lease.
Fedcap Employment will join Tamarindo Group which took space on the third floor in 2020, following a major refurbishment of the building.
Just one floor remains, offering approximately 4,400 sq ft at a guide price of £28 per sq ft.
Jan Losch, associate director in the business space team at Savills Oxford, said: “Following the complete renovation of the Loft, the building now offers modern flexible office space, which continues to appeal to Oxford’s start-ups, as well as existing, established firms looking for a modern working environment.
“Given the lack of new and refurbished stock elsewhere in the city, we anticipate considerable occupier interest in the last available floor.”
