The first space to be let in the refurbished Loft Oxford building has been taken by communications business the Taramindo Group.
The group has taken a 10-year lease on the entire 3,750 sq ft third floor in the 13,300 sq ft building in Cowley Road, Oxford in a deal secured by Savills on behalf of Winton Place Properties.
Jan Losch, associate in the business space team at Savills Oxford, said: “Securing the first tenant for The Loft is exciting news and is testament to the high quality refurbishment which has taken place since completion in late 2019.
“We have already seen strong demand for the space given the lack of new and refurbished stock elsewhere in the city. This has all been demonstrated by securing Tamarindo Group who themselves relocated from Oxford city centre.”
