Flex Health Club has opened at Signal Yard in Milton Park.
The physiotherapy practice will also offer movement-based rehabilitation, exercise programmes, nutrition support, lifestyle medicine, behavioural guidance and health education.
Workshops and educational talks will be hosted at purpose-built studios which opened at the new amenity space on February 16. Classes include Reformer Pilates, yoga and kickboxing alongside meditation, osteoporosis-focused movement and sessions covering menopause, long-term health and sustainable lifestyle change.
Tailored programmes will be created for employers.
Tom Jacobs (pictured centre), who will lead operations at Flex Health Hub, said: “We looked closely at the main reasons people struggle with their health at work and shaped our offer around addressing those issues properly rather than simply managing symptoms.
“This is not a commercial gym. It is a clinically informed space where people can genuinely look after their bodies and minds.”
Services will be available on a pay-as-you-go basis, with class passes and consultation options, while membership packages are set to launch later in the year.
Clare Fleet, commercial surveyor (Milton Park) at Federated Hermes Real Estate, said: “At Milton Park, improving the day-to-day experience of our occupiers is always front of mind. We already deliver weekly wellbeing initiatives but Flex Health Hub gives us the opportunity to deepen that commitment through a long-term partnership in a purpose-designed space.
“Flex’s approach to health and wellbeing aligns perfectly with what we want to achieve, and we’re excited to see the positive, lasting impact this facility will have on working life at the park.”
