Savills is set to relaunch marketing of Aidl House at Hinchingbrooke Business Park in Huntingdon on behalf of Twist Capital.
The 14,446 sq ft industrial building with yard and parking was recently acquired by Twist and is due to be reconfigured with additional roller shutter doors and increased full height warehouse space. It is available to let at a guide rent of £128,500 per annum.
Subject to planning, it will be available for occupation in Q4 2024. The property comprises a two-storey building with industrial space on the ground floor and first floor office space.
The park is close to the A14 and A1M, benefits from connectivity through the M11 and the wider motorway network. The mainline railway station in Huntingdon serves it with regular trains to Kings Cross. Nearby occupiers include Anglian Water, Marriott Hotel and Busy Bees Day Nursery.
Edward Gee, director in the commercial agency team at Savills Peterborough, said: “Aidl House is currently being reconfigured to provide high quality space for a variety of uses. The space was previously used for R&D but it is also considered suitable for warehouse, workshop or other industrial uses.
“The site is well located within an established business park which makes it extremely desirable, and we are expecting a high level of interest when the necessary works are complete.”
