Cybersecurity firm Forcepoint is the first occupier of a new kind of managed workspace at Winnersh Triangle.
Landlord Frasers Property has teamed up with managed workspace operator RE-DEFINED to offer bespoke space across several buildings at the 90-acre business park.
Forcepoint has taken 6,000 sq ft in Building 1020 on a five-year lease. The space (see gallery below) is designed to offer the security of a traditional lease, combined with greater flexibility.
Sarah Taylor, senior asset manager for Frasers Property UK, said: “This new partnership reflects the growing demand for flexible leasing options within a traditional office environment. At Winnersh Triangle, it expands our offer to include managed solutions alongside fully fitted and furnished spaces.
“At Frasers Property, we are committed to evolving our approach and investing in solutions that give occupiers greater choice and flexibility, creating future-ready environments where businesses have everything they need to grow and thrive for the long term.”
Frasers Property UK is represented by Hollis Hockley and CBRE.
