Bracknell property consultant Fryer Commercial has reported one of its best first quarters for years with nine office deals in the first three months of 2025.
Significant lettings include:
- Telecoms service provider Connect 44 taking 3,000 sq ft in One Arlington Square. Vail Williams is joint agent.
- Financial advisor Flying Colours taking 3,500 sq ft in Greenwood (pictured). Joint agent is Bray Fox Smith.
Smaller deals include:
- PCMS taking a floor in Anvil Court, Wokingham.
- Rawnet taking a suite in Greenwood. Joint agent is Bray Fox Smith.
- Mercur Solutions, IRAC and Engage Convert all taking suites in Lily Hill House. Joint agent is Vail Williams.
- DHL taking a suite in Columbia, opposite Bracknell station. Joint agent is Hollis Hockley.
- Ilex Group taking a suite in The Lightbox. Joint agent is Vail Williams.
Director Simon Fryer sees the positivity continuing.
He said: “Many of these tenants have left their previous offices due to landlords wishing to convert them to residential.
“But there still remain around 12 active ‘movers’ in the Bracknell office market, so I anticipate good second and third quarters.”
