Plans have been submitted for up to 160 homes at Chalgrove.
Gladman Developments has submitted an outline application to South Oxfordshire District Council to build on an 11.22-hectare site off the B480.
It is an identical application to one which was refused by the council in October last year and later, dismissed on appeal. More information has been provided in the second application.
The principal reason given by the Planning Inspector for refusing the appeal was concern over the harm that may be caused to public confidence in the planning system if the appeal was allowed which was contrary to the adopted development plan.
