Haslams Surveyors has been appointed by Indurent as leasing agent on a portfolio of industrial properties in Reading and Theale.

The portfolio of Indurent, a developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK, comprises around 455,000 sq ft across 93 units and includes:

  • Robert Cort Estate, Britten Road, Reading
  • Elgar Industrial Estate, Preston Road, Reading
  • Nimrod Industrial Estate, Nimrod Way, Reading
  • Theale Commercial Estate, Ely Road, Theale
  • Access 12, Station Road, Theale (pictured)

Haslams’ remit will be to help secure new occupiers for current and future vacant space. Property currently available includes:
•       Robert Cort Industrial Estate – Unit 4 (3,100 sq ft), Unit 14 (504 sq ft), Unit 34 (2,923 sq ft), Unit 38 (502 sq ft, fully refurbished).
•       Nimrod Industrial Estate – Unit 3 (4,956 sq ft, to be refurbished), Unit 5 (5,594 sq ft, to be refurbished), Unit 8 (7,124 sq ft, refurbished).
•       Theale Commercial Estate –Unit 9 (4,944 sq ft)
