Reading-based Haslams Surveyors has been appointed joint letting agent with Quintons on three multi-let industrial estates, totalling 220,000 sq ft, in Newbury.

The agents have been appointed by Logicor to market 146,000 sq ft Kennetside Industrial Estate (pictured), 57,000 sq ft Bone Lane Industrial Estate and 17,000 sq ft Brookway Trading Estate.

Haslams’ partner Ed Ponting said: “We are excited to be working with Logicor on another project in the Thames Valley. The assets offer occupiers a broad spectrum of warehouse solutions which are well-connected and amongst an abundance of amenities

“The Newbury industrial sector is well-placed given its connectivity via the M4 and A34 and its close ties to growing markets including Reading, Oxford, Swindon and Basingstoke.

“It provides better value than some of its neighbours to the east albeit like most markets in Berkshire, it is experiencing a shortage of supply which is restricting activity in the town and forcing occupiers to look elsewhere. The Logicor units provide some much-needed relief in this regard.”

Current availability includes a refurbished 8,546 sq ft unit on Kennetside Industrial Estate.
